1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing voityping.com, creating an account, or using VoiceTyping, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your account, credentials, settings, activity, and any content submitted through your account. Keep your credentials secure and notify us of unauthorized use.
3. Payments
Pricing, billing cycles, credits, taxes, renewals, and payment-provider terms may apply where paid features are offered. Any applicable terms will be shown before purchase.
4. Refunds
Free use, trials, or limited credits may be available so you can evaluate the voice typing service. Refunds and cancellations are handled under the Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable Use
You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited activities include infringement, abuse, security violations, excessive automation, unlawful use, and misuse of transcripts or recordings. See AUP.
6. Intellectual Property and User Content
You retain rights to your content. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to process, store, transmit, and display content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the services. You represent that you have sufficient rights to submit and process the content.
7. Disclaimers
VoiceTyping is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Speech recognition may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or affected by microphone quality, background noise, accent, language, punctuation, and context.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your content, your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law and any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply to you.
11. Miscellaneous
If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version or otherwise notifying you where required.
12. Language
Localized versions are provided for convenience. In case of conflict, the English version shall prevail.
