Policy Updates
We will post updates here and notify you of significant changes by email or site notice when required.
1. Subscription Services (Monthly/Annual)
Cancel Auto-Renewal
If VoiceTyping offers subscriptions, you can turn off auto-renewal from your account or by contacting support. Your current period access remains until expiry unless stated otherwise.
Refunds in Exceptional Cases
Subscription refunds are generally limited to duplicate charges, billing errors, unauthorized transactions, or extended verified service unavailability.
2. One-Time Purchases or Credit Packs
Unused Purchases
Unused eligible purchases may be reviewed for refund when requested promptly and where allowed by law and payment-provider rules.
Partially Used Purchases
Partially used credits or usage packs are normally not refundable, but we may review verified outages, duplicate purchases, or billing errors.
Prorated Handling:
Any prorated handling may consider unused credits, time remaining, actual use, taxes, fees, and payment-provider limits.
Payment processor, tax, currency conversion, or platform fees may be non-refundable where applicable.
Very small balances may be handled as service credit instead of cash refund where permitted.
4. General Process
How to Request Help
- Use available account controls to cancel renewal, review billing, or submit a refund request with order ID and relevant details.
- If self-service is unavailable, contact [email protected] with your account email, order ID, date, amount, and reason.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are usually sent to the original payment method. Bank, card, wallet, and platform processing times may vary.
5. Special Rules
Where consumer withdrawal rights apply to digital services, those rights may be limited once you request immediate access or start using paid digital features, subject to applicable law.
